Come to the next County Committee meeting 2/12!

Join me and other Brooklyn Democrats at the winter Kings County County Committee meeting on Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00 PM at the Brooklyn Expo Center.

I’ll be joining members of the New KIngs Democrats for a pre-meeting pow wow and updates throughout.

We’ll meet for a quick huddle before the meeting at 6:30. We'll touch base as a group about NKD's meeting strategy and any updates we have at the American Playground, which is next door. The meeting starts at 7 PM at the Brooklyn Expo Center. Whether or not you're a member of County Committee, we'd love to see you there. It's so important to get eyes on this process and witness how the Democratic Party operates (and how we'd like to see it change) here in Brooklyn.

At the September meeting, we saw a Party organization that didn’t provide opportunities for general members to engage. It was also just really hard to tell what was happening. This time, we think we have a better idea of what’s going to happen. Watch for a text on Monday or Tuesday with a link to NKD’s guidance for meaningful participation on Tuesday night.
